Relax Resort Hotel Atami , Atami (Shizuoka)

My stay at the hotel was special, especially for my birthday, thanks to the warm and caring staff that made me feel like family. The room was clean and spacious, but I found the hotel itself could use some updates and there were a few insects in the area. While the food was delicious, the prices felt a bit high for what was offered. Overall, I would consider returning if the staff were still there and my concerns were addressed.

I had a wonderful stay at Relax Resort for my birthday. The staff felt like family, especially Delores, who kept my room spotless, and the young duo, Kimora and another young man, who made my experience memorable. However, the hotel does need some updating, and there were a lot of insects around. While I enjoyed the staff's company, the restaurant prices were on the high side. I'd return if those issues were resolved.
